I forget to write in the journal. I will try to remember. I have been doing very well on going to the gym I go no less than 3 times a week. Mon. Wed. and Fri. on those days I walk 1 mile on the treadmill and 3 miles on the elliptical machine. on Tue and Thur. I do half of the routine or swim for 45 mins. Today is my normal routine. I feel so good when I finsh. and I am ready for round 2 to tackle the adventures of home. You just never know what goes on at the house with the cat, dogs, horses, goat and children.
I have lost 2.8 lbs this week I feel like I am back on track.YESSSSSS
