Woke up with less energy oday, but pushed myself up for my morning power walk. It felt good. But now I am losing energy again. lol. Comes with the territory i guess... ANyways, a little workout later and sensable eating all day with a long power walk tonight should be another good start. Slept good last night though. lol.
