I have now lost a total of 12 lbs, I need to loose 10-15 more. I started working out harder this week, doing cardio for an hour before strength training, I have also been eating around 1,000 calories per day.
I want to loose the rest within the next 5 weeks. I know I can do it. It's hard to balance life when you work out so hard, have to cook all your meals, and are crazy busy with your career. But it is doable, and I am prioritizing exercise over many other things.
