So, I have been super bad lately party party party. I mean that is what you do after the end of an 8 year relationship right?
I get lazy at the gym, even though i should be working out harder, yet still the pounds are slowly shaving off. maybe its because i am dehydrated and hungover and i am actually not loosing weight, but for now it makes me happy.

I have now lost a total of 12 lbs, I need to loose 10-15 more. I started working out harder this week, doing cardio for an hour before strength training, I have also been eating around 1,000 calories per day.
I want to loose the rest within the next 5 weeks. I know I can do it. It's hard to balance life when you work out so hard, have to cook all your meals, and are crazy busy with your career. But it is doable, and I am prioritizing exercise over many othe

Seriously I worked hard for a month and a half to loose 8lbs, then I went on vacation and gained it ALL back. WTF!
I am so pissed. I lack control when there are goodies around, which is why I don't keep any around!
But I am strating over, and getting back on track. Healthy lifestyle is most important, results will follow.
Next time I go on a vacation I need a PLAN! Meal plan ahead of time!
