So, I'm down 1 of the 2 pounds I gained from this past weekend. Pretty much the weekend cost me a whole weeks worth of work. But I have good lessons learned. I will not repeat!

It has been really hot here (I'm in Denver) and today it will be much much cooler. I was sooooo enjoying my morning walk. Fresh cool breeze, everyone passing me in the park said the same. Absolutely delightful. Tomorrow is going to be about the same. However! The heat returns for the rest of the 7 day forcast...

Early morning walks before the heat gets bad is what I will continue to do. I have been enjoying yummy salads for dinner every evening with a snack later. Watching the scale go down (or up) with every choice I make really motivates me. I am really getting to know what I need to do or not to do to make the weight loss go.

This is all very exciting for me. I hope anyone out there who may be reading this feels excited also with their progress. Please let me know and share any of your tips if you have any.
