Day 2

Well here is Day 2.. It's funny how days go by when you take them one at a time. I feel great! Going to weigh in this morning and then again on Saturday.. I know in the beginning weight comes off fast then it peaks.I have not started the exercise part of things but I am going to throw that in the loop for when it does peak..My biggest thing is getting used to eating every 3 hours..Thats going to be hard for me although it seems like before I was eating all the time..I know this is something I can do because at this point I DO NOT have a choice anymore!!! This isnot just about what I look like anyone this is about my health! And I have been in serious denial how much my health is in trouble..When I can barely hike 2 miles they you know something is wrong and really wrong at that :( I am not looking back at all the times I have failed. I think when we do that we already begin to doubt what we can and cannot do! I dont want that for myself anylonger.. I want a life with endless possibilities and maybe one day I can help other people who struggle with their weight as I do..Who knows maybe I can begin to be addicted in a healthy way about living a healthy lifestyle..Every goal starts with a beginning and here I am doing just that..
