Well here is Day 2.. It's funny how days go by when you take them one at a time. I feel great! Going to weigh in this morning and then again on Saturday.. I know in the beginning weight comes off fast then it peaks.I have not started the exercise part of things but I am going to throw that in the loop for when it does peak..My biggest thing is getting used to eating every 3 hours..Thats going to be hard for me although it seems

So tomorrow is the day when I start this weight loss thing..I like to say going from a crazy unrestricted lifestyle to one of healthy consious eating..Anybody out there that is willing to be my support I would love that..It's so much easier to start something like this with help..
