Something I've learned over time is that weighing yourself too often will drive you crazy. Watching your weight is like checking the stocks, you dont check it every hour of every day. It's a long term investment, that while, it's usually a rollercoaster of increases and decreases, over a week or over a month, or even a year it should be clear in which direction things are headed. I used to check my weight every day, sometimes a couple times a day, and would be so dissapointed to see that I weighed more at the end of the day than I weighed around lunch. Now I try to weigh in, at the most, once a week, I tend to be a lot less dissapointed with the results that way.
