Making up for lost time

I have been very busy lately and as a result haven't been working out the way I want to. I am tired when I get home from work and then on the weekends it just doesn't seem to stop.

It is not that I have been eating really bad it's just that when you are camping you tend to eat chips and drink beer. This has made it very hard to loose weight. I do good all week and then on the weekends I gain back at least what I lost during the week. It is a viscious circle.

We are again going to be busy this weekend with a wedding and a dance but hopefully won't do too bad.

I have set myself a new goal that I think is reasonable. To be able to jog at 4 (miles per hour) on the treadmill for 15-20 minutes without stopping, slowing down or touching the handles by the end of September.

I was doing about 40 minutes before I hurt k and broke my foot so I know that I can do it or should I say COULD do it.

I have my Tae Kwon Do starting the end of September and would like to be able to do the jog before that time.
