I have been very busy lately and as a result haven't been working out the way I want to. I am tired when I get home from work and then on the weekends it just doesn't seem to stop.
It is not that I have been eating really bad it's just that when you are camping you tend to eat chips and drink beer. This has made it very hard to loose weight. I do good all week and then on the weekends I gain back at least what I lost during the week. It is a viscious circle.

Went camping for the weekend. Did not do too bad with the food but did over indulge in the drink. Will have to be extra careful this week.
I am feeling a little depressed always thinking about losing weight and exercising but I know eventually it will begin to show

Today wasn't so great, I was very hungry at dinner and I think I went over my caloric intake due to not really paying attention. I really feel like I need help with the portion sizes.
Anyone with any ideas?

After 6 - 9 months of being on the injured list I finally have clearance from the doctor to start working out again. Since it has been so long I am really out of shape and pretty much must start at the beginning again.
I choose a strength and cardio work out routine and started it last night. I was surprised to even get through it but I did.
