I've lost a significant amount of weight over the past few years; enough to be almost unrecognizable to some... and I feel much better and more balanced compared to my past.
I have a healthy enough relationship now with my body that I haven't seen any insande spikes in my weight, and I can pretty much feel I'm eating normally and even indulging quite a bit of the time without gaining a bunch of weight....however...
I'm a few months shy of 30. This is the time in my life that I could be looking and feeling much better, and pushing myself much more. It's only going to get harder from here on out and I would love to finally feel that I'm at my best - physically, mentally, emotionally.
I'd love to reach for anything in my closet or at a store and know that I'm not going to have to suck in to look good. I'd love to walk around in public without feeling self-conscious about what part of me is spilling out.
My goals, besides losing weigh and looking better:
Get a good workout routine going;
Work on not feeling as constricted in my movements... I'm very closed off physically; and
Slow down when I eat.
