Losing baby fat

Well, I have been on here before and I had success last time. I lost about 40 lbs last time. Unfortunately I had some stressful things in my life and I chose eating to cope. :/ Then I got pregnant and gained even more weight! So, currently I am at 176 and need to get all the way down to about 110. My husband is currently deployed and I would love to reach that goal before he came home. To do that I'd need to lose 3 lbs/week. Lots of work and lots of switching things up. Got to set goals as I go along to switch things up. My doc says that I cant do any excersie more than walk for another 2 weeks as I had some complications after having my baby. walking with a newborn when its cold outside proves to be a bit difficult though. Should be getting a tred mill soon though so that should help. Im going to give my body another month of recovery and then I will be starting the Insanity work out program. Pretty excited for that but I dont want to end up in the hospital again so Im going to take it easy. I usually run a lot. Although when I was pregnant I didnt run at all. I plan to start running again in 2 weeks. Then in a month ill be starting insanity. Wish me luck!!
