Well, I have been on here before and I had success last time. I lost about 40 lbs last time. Unfortunately I had some stressful things in my life and I chose eating to cope. :/ Then I got pregnant and gained even more weight! So, currently I am at 176 and need to get all the way down to about 110. My husband is currently deployed and I would love to reach that goal before he came home. To do that I'd need to lose 3 lbs/week. Lots of work and lots of switching things up. Got to set goal
