I go to the GYM 5 to 6 times a day to workout, I do weight lifting, every day I workout 3or 4 muscle groups like back, lower back, lat & bicep..... When i do weights I like to feel the burn that to me means am doing a good job, I lift heavy weights, but not to hurt myself :) I do weights because it burns fat,body fat & it keeps my body inshape, I like to see the MUSCLE on me, it makes me feel sexy & am happy with myself. Am not saying you have to do weight lefting to look good, you can be skinny, bulk any shape you want to be longgest your happy & healthy all depents on what YOU want, only you can build your body the shape you want it to be. I was big about 3 months ago, i was BIGGER then my husband eveyone was saying at the GYM , family & friends will tell him DUDE she's BIGGER then you are & I was because my jeans are different then my husband , if I want to be BIG with muscle I can !!!go big I'll eat, workot really hard liftting & NO steroids & my husband he couldn't get big no matter what he does it's all in the jeans. But don't be afaird to lift up weights, do light weight & alot of reps. you'll feel good beleave me I do..... <3<3<3<3 :)
