Week ONE Complete!

Well Fitclick, Week one is complete and I am down 5.7lbs this week.  I struggled over the weekend with all the kids here to stay on track and eat my healthy meals and cheated one or maybe twice.  I however, did walk everyday and feel great accomplishment for that.  Exercise has been my weakest issue in dieting/life style changes.  Today I painted my new house for 4 hours, that was some workout.  1500 calories burned.  I am painting tomorrow as well.  Myabe this exercise will push me over the stale mate my dieting has taken.  Week Two here I come and I am determined as I was in week one.  I'm excited to see if I lost anything today from painting for so long.

 

Good night I'm exhausted.
