Week ONE Complete!

Well Fitclick, Week one is complete and I am down 5.7lbs this week.  I struggled over the weekend with all the kids here to stay on track and eat my healthy meals and cheated one or maybe twice.  I however, did walk everyday and feel great accomplishment for that.  Exercise has been my weakest issue in dieting/life style changes.  Today I painted my new house for 4 hours, that was some workout.  1500 calories burned.  I am painting tomorrow as well.  Myab

I'm Back

I'm not expecting anyone to read these blogs.  I'm blogging for me, it helps me process the day.  If you would like to comment it would be awesome for the encouragement I seem to lack at times.

I am struggling like always with what to eat.  I'm hungry, its 10:30 and my lunch time.  Didn't get to eat breakfast just some coffee, and not the best kind for you.  Dutch Brothers is my pit fall.  Well I wanted to go out and buy lunch but I struggle with where I can go to eat on my diet plan, so I chose to stay in and have an orange.  This may change later to a more fulfilling meal but for now I need to content myself with the large orange.

Time for rejuvination

I need help getting on track.  I know what I need to do, I just cant seem to motivate my self.  I need rejuvination on my diet plan.  I need to get my head in the game.  Does anyone have any suggestions or tips on how they get themselves back on track for those times that your body doesn't respond to your normal self talks.  HELP!!

Weekend Blog Blues

I had such a hard weekend everyone,  Not bad as in everything went wrong, just bad for my diet.  I can't seem to say no when family comes around.  Potlucks, dinners out, movies with snack bar items, breakfast out, ect.  No way I could win this weekend.  Plus my activity level for exercise was limited to cleaning my house and playing kinects with my son.  Hope I will do better this week.

Cycle II restart

Cycle II

Yesterday I started the Cycle II of my HCG Diet.  First Cycle I lost 36 lbs in 40 days.  During the 4 weeks off I maintained within just 2 lbs of my last weigh in while on the diet.  I am so proud of that.  So now onto Cycle two.  I had a hard time yesterday with stayin on track and getting back to the calorie counting regimen.  I will make more an effort on doing this.  Just have to reset the mind into work mode.  And get back into drinking more water.

Still here

I'm still here.   Even though I haven't tracked for 8 days I am still going.  I have been up and down each day in my weight.  This is going to be short and sweet tonight.  Extremely tired.  actually falling asleep at the computer.  one more week before I start my next cycle of weight loss.  Can't wait.  Good night toeveryone.
