fbg-95 Weight up. Well, what's the problem? Why don't I just do what I did to lose the first mess of weight? Well, b/c my body may not respond the same way. I don't think I can muster the strength to get back off the carbs now that I have built them back into my diet plan. I have also been reading a lot about how important Complex Carbs are in builfing muscle...not just protein, but carbs too. So, cutting them out to low levels may not work with the weight loss the way it did before. But, I do think I could try, It will take A LOT of will power. Hmmmmm. We shall see.
