Hello. I'm new to this program. I basically wanted to blog to either help people who have the same problems or see if anyone is in the same boat as I am as far as losing weight and overcoming obstacles. I am a mom and wife who comes from a family with all the usual "bad habit eating" diseases like Diabetes, Congestive Heart Failure, and High Cholesterol. I want to try and stop this genetic trend. As all mothers want for their kids a healthy, happy, well-balanced life-style. I want to be a good example for my kids, and have them pass it down to their kids. Not only am I trying to fight this genetic battle, I am also battling stress and depression. I do believe that exercise and diet is the cure. My problem is stress eating and being consistent with my daily exercise routine. I'm horrible at keeping track of what I eat. Hopefully I will be consistent enough this time. I'm not sure if anyolne will read this, but I hope that reading other people's blogs, and hopefully some responses from other people in the same boat will help me stay on track and keep my goal.
