Healthier Living

I've been sick with the flu on and off since the beginning of December.  Just last week, it kicked my butt super bad.  I was supposed to start going to the gym, but haven't gone yet.  I did however, started power walking 20 mins at lunch.  So I've been out of commission trying to get myself back to 100%.  I've been eating somewhat healthier.  :/  I have been following through with making my meals at home though.  I've been eating
