I started this program 1/1/2012 and only 4 pounds from my goal weight. I have been faithful to the workouts and careful in what I eat.
I didn't want the rest of my family going on a 'diet' just because I was the only one overweight/obese. So, my solution was to not go on any fad diet or cut any food out. I could eat whatever I wanted within the serving size. In other words, I did portion control. It's worked for me for someone who loves to eat and will eat more of whatever I was told I couldn't eat.
If I can do it, anyone can. I know everyone hears that quite often but its true. You have to make that decision to change. You can't be half in/out. Full in full force! I was hungry for the first couple of months but my body eventually got used to it.
