Blew my calories by 300 yesterday after falling on the ice and breaking my but as well as bruising my head. Does injury cause an upserge in appetite? I didn't exercise either because of sore muscles. Feel better today and will try exercise again. Haven't lost much weight but I feel more energetic. Measurements haven't changed much. I'm having a hard time staying under my calorie limit because my budget only allows homemade food. My husband has been very supportive and is using my diet. I pack in a few more calories though because he is a bit more physical than I am.
