Blew my calories by 300 yesterday after falling on the ice and breaking my but as well as bruising my head. Does injury cause an upserge in appetite? I didn't exercise either because of sore muscles. Feel better today and will try exercise again. Haven't lost much weight but I feel more energetic. Measurements haven't changed much. I'm having a hard time staying under my calorie limit because my budget only allows homemade food. My husband has been very supportive and is us

Ugh!

Diet not doing well today. Made 4 loaves of bread and a dozen rolls. Truck broke, Royce's car broke, Mike's foot broke, my hand hurts, kids home from school,....... I did get in a good walk though and I talked to my friend, Jesus. He said to stop taking things so hard. It's not like I'm in charge or totally responsible for what is going on. He will provide and help us perservere.

Going Down

Work out today went better. Learned how to add the exercises I have been doing to the workout tracker. Lost a couple of pounds but I think it was because I weighed the day after eating home made pretzel buns. We'll see. Beautiful snow today possib ly 4 inches. Looking like sugaring weather this year. That will be a work out.
