Boring day at work today. Very slow day. But I learned some new things.
On a fitness note, I had some good workouts. Today on the agenda was TJ 20 min + Ab Jam and BBL-sculpt. Burned a total of 564 calories. Was thinking about doing my step DVD to increase my steps, but I'm tired today. Going to eat and then bed.
