Boring day at work today. Very slow day. But I learned some new things.
On a fitness note, I had some good workouts. Today on the agenda was TJ 20 min + Ab Jam and BBL-sculpt. Burned a total of 564 calories. Was thinking about doing my step DVD to increase my steps, but I'm tired today. Going to eat and then bed.

Got my walk started late today. So it was more an afternoon than a morning walk. I love walking the lakes and it was a beautiful, sunny and slightly cool day. Did both lakes which is my usual. Feel reallyl great! It would be good to have a walking partner, but they may just slow me down.
Went and got grocery after. Really bad idea to go when you haven't eaten. However, I did great. did not succumb and get something I didn

Yesterday was an awesome day! I burned 1,065 CALORIES....BAM!!! I did my scheduled workouts which were BBL-Cardio Axe + High & Tight. I love Cardio Axe, it is so much fun very dancy workotr. But it is a workout, don't be fooled.
Afterwards, I was pumped up so I did some step dancing for 55 minutes. Wooble baby Yay! Then I still had so much energy left that I put in my Step Areobics DVD and got down with that. I ha
