i ran a 5K today at the gym. I was really proud of myself because I did it without stopping. I feel so amazing that I started running at the gym for 2 minutes and now I can run 50 minutes without stopping. After doing the real life 5K, the gym one is super easy. The only bummer is the blister I have on my foot! It's in the arch and it absolutely will not go away. Afterwards I increased the weights on my arms again and I am def feeling it. I feel like I'm over the hump though, so I'm very confident and determined to not fall back into old habbits.
