Today I woke up at around 6:30 am. I had my smoothie and started the day healthy. Today is also my first day of studying for the Bar officially. If I am going to change to a healthy lifestyle during a strenous time, i need to focus on my scheduling and making sure I get proper sleep. I still get tired after the afternoons, like everyone else, but I need to start avoiding naps. I just don't have time for them. Hopefully I will go to sleep today at a decent hour and not in the middle of the night.
