Changing to New Diet

So I have had some success with watching what I eat in terms of amount of calories/carbs intake.....although i need to push the envolope a little more. My weakness is still portions, as i tend to eat a lot, whether or not it is good for me....I love food and it sucks.

So for now i will change to the Paleo diet, not because i can have unlimited portions, cause I cant, it has to do with just a healthy lifestyle. I'm hoping the Paleo diet will help with my lifestyle change and

Still Adapting

Today I woke up at around 6:30 am. I had my smoothie and started the day healthy. Today is also my first day of studying for the Bar officially. If I am going to change to a healthy lifestyle during a strenous time, i need to focus on my scheduling and making sure I get proper sleep. I still get tired after the afternoons, like everyone else, but I need to start avoiding naps. I just don't have time for them. Hopefully I will go to sleep today at a decent hour and not in the middle of
