So I have had some success with watching what I eat in terms of amount of calories/carbs intake.....although i need to push the envolope a little more. My weakness is still portions, as i tend to eat a lot, whether or not it is good for me....I love food and it sucks.
So for now i will change to the Paleo diet, not because i can have unlimited portions, cause I cant, it has to do with just a healthy lifestyle. I'm hoping the Paleo diet will help with my lifestyle change and
