Changing to New Diet

So I have had some success with watching what I eat in terms of amount of calories/carbs intake.....although i need to push the envolope a little more. My weakness is still portions, as i tend to eat a lot, whether or not it is good for me....I love food and it sucks.

So for now i will change to the Paleo diet, not because i can have unlimited portions, cause I cant, it has to do with just a healthy lifestyle. I'm hoping the Paleo diet will help with my lifestyle change and I can stay on it....Lets see how it works.

As for my sleeping schedule, it has improved dramatically, i am waking up 630, sometimes 6 on weekdays and 730 on weekends. Im hoping to manage such a lifestyle because I am more productive with studying.

Now that im 31, my body is not what is used to be, in terms of matabalism, but hopefully my diet can help we with that. 

I will begin with just paleo diet with no true concern with low vs hig fatty foods. Once I adjust to that I will push it to more health conscious until i achieve my weight/feel good/pant size goals. 

And a give a lot of belief to my beautiful wife!!!
