 Well here it goes!  Day one and i am a virgin blogger!  Just signed up on fitclick and from what ive seen on the site so far, looks like its going to work great for me and will help me stay focused!  Just finished my evening workout (20 mins) and im feeling shakey.  But I got through it and entered all of my excercises on my workout tracker and it feels great to see in writing what ive done and i feel fantastic!  I still have to get a handle of measuring my food making sure i stick to the daily calories ive given myself (1200).  So far im at 890 for the day and its 5:51pm in So Cal.  What the hell am i gonna eat to meet my 1200 calories for the day???   im stuffed from my dinner and not hungry at all.  Do I have to eat all 1200 per day?   Sigh...so many questions.  I don't want to blow this diet (new way of eating).  i want to be sucessfull on this site and i would like to lose 3 lbs by next thursday, im having knee surgery and will be down/recovering for about 1-2 weeks and will not be able to do lower body workouts.  that's all for now.  be back tomorrow!  P.s.  Im looking for online wtloss buddies!
