Just had my a bowl of Lucky Charms and 2 % Milk. Havn't had that in a long time and was tired of eating multigrain Cheerios (it is good!, but i had a sweet tooth). I pre-planned and all of my food for the day is all ready to go, this way it is gauranteed that I will not cheat and will keep me at my 1000 calorie daily food intake! just had lunch that my hubby made me and it was way to much and did not want to make him feel bad and tell him: ARE YOU CRAZY GIVING ME SO MUCH FOOD!!! So It consisted of Potato salad, a ham sandwhich with colby cheese and light mayo, tortilla chips and salsa. A LOT OF CALORIES MAN!!! Went way over my daily calorie allowance for the day!!! Argh.
