	I've been staying at my mom's to help her with a few family things & omg, I've gained SO much weight. having a fully stocked fridge full of fatty food a few feet away + no workout gear + mom constanly encouraging me to eat more = 18 pounds gained over the course of about a month.
	oh my GOD. I've almost undone all of the past 2 years' hard work. I love my mom, but she's been overweight ever since she had me & has majorly unhealthy eating habits.
	BUT I'm going to get back on track & treat losing the weight again as a fun game.
	I'll practive:
	- 
		strict portion control
- 
		more restraint
- 
		replacing unhealthy foods with low-cal alternatives, aka sweet switcharoos
- 
		drink much more water
- 
		daily work outs
- 
		getting more sleep, taking naps
- 
		remember my incentives: looking better, feeling better, fitting into my cute clothes again, being confident, improving my health
- 
		striving to be more like my fitness role models
	day 1, starts tomorrow! woooooo
	I'm aiming at losing 8 pounds by the end of this week, then a steady loss of 5 pounds a week after that, reaching 110 by July. I'm so psyched! I KNOW I'll achieve my goal & look great in no time.
