So I have finished up week one of my new healthy life style. I am down 10lbs. I have worked real hard at eliminating pop from my life. Before decidng to get healthy I was drinking about a case of pop a day! I am now trying to leave soda to my one cheat day a week and that is it. For the most part this week I have done good at doing that. I have had a few slip ups. Like tonight we had pizza for dinner and I had a rootbeer with it. So i took a 30 minute walk because I knew I made a boo boo,. This week I hope to accomplish sticking to my goal of only having soda on my cheat day. I also have a goal to walk 30 minutes a day. I am really hoping I can stick to getting healthy this time around. I have had so many failed attempts. I just want to get back to my pre pregnancy weight, feel good about myself, run with my kids, set good examples, and fit in a pair of jeans comfortably with out trying on a hundred pairs first.
