a little bummed today

So today started off pretty good. I went and walked in the park with my family and climbed a bunch of hills with my son. Felt like I got quite the work out. Then my family and I went to dinner at Dennys. That was pretty hard for me since it was our first time eating out since I started my diet. However, I did pretty good I had a grilled chicken salad and water. Then my family rented some movies and the kids and my parter wanted some candy to go with it.

feeling good

So yesterday was an ok day, however I went 700 calories over but did a 30 minute walk so it took off a couple hundred, but still not happy with the outcome of yesterday:( However despite my lack of motivation yesterday I got out and walked which made me happy. I am also down .6 lb in 1 day and a total of 10lbs in 1 week!  Today I went below calorie count, however i keep thinking I am hungry. I watched DR oz the other day and they said that you sh

So I have finished up week one of my new healthy life style. I am down 10lbs. I have worked real hard at eliminating pop from my life. Before decidng to get healthy I was drinking about a case of pop a day! I am now trying to leave soda to my one cheat day a week and that is it.
