So yesterday was an ok day, however I went 700 calories over but did a 30 minute walk so it took off a couple hundred, but still not happy with the outcome of yesterday:( However despite my lack of motivation yesterday I got out and walked which made me happy. I am also down .6 lb in 1 day and a total of 10lbs in 1 week! Today I went below calorie count, however i keep thinking I am hungry. I watched DR oz the other day and they said that you shouldnt eat until you are actually hungry. Which the signs of hunger is that weird lump like feeling in your throat. They say hunger is not headaches and empty stomach feeling. Those feelings are actually withdrawl symptoms from food. So tonight despite wanting to eat I am waiting for that hunger feeling. Im also getting ready to go out and do my 30 minute walk tonight. Feeling good about myself and praying every day I stick to it. I have not had the motivation to stick to any diet until now. I went to the docotors and weighed in at 308!!! I was weighing 284 back at christmas, so I was pretty upset, seeing those numbers. Plus starting to be out of breath when doing simple tasks, having trouble tying my shoes, and not fitting in my clothes has made me feel discusted and has gave me the motivation to get this done.
