WWWwwwWwwWWW         Wwwww   www Well so far I am 6 weeks into the new me.  I get up every morning at 5 am and start walking with my friend Jean at 6 am.  Most days it sucks getting up early but I am hoping that in the end it will pay off.  When I started I was at 248 lbs. You're thinking wow thats huge... and believe me that's how I felt too.  Now I am down to 236lbs, but I don't seem to be losing the inches that I want.  I'm kinda stuck,  I had rotator cuff surgery in May so I can't lift weights yet but I know I need to bump up my exercise.  I am trying real hard to keep my calorie intake under 1800 per day.  That's really hard because I love to cook and I like to eat what I cook.  Another one of my many vises is I like to unwind my day with a few glasses of wine, boy does that sure eat up the calories I allow myself.  Trying really hard to cut way back on that.  So this is my first blog, not sure what I'm doing, but maybe just writing my feelings down will help me see what some of my pitfalls are and maybe help see what triggers me to not be able to get smaller and healthier.  I know the diet tracker really helps me stay accountable for the food I put in my mouth and I do stay honest with that.  Unfortunately, I seem to fall off the food wagon a lot.  Well I guess for now this is all I have to say.  I'm going to try to post atleast once a day.  I'm gonna try adding my not so healthy pic on here too, maybe than that will help motivate more,,,, especially knowing everyone can see it.  Well have a great day ....I'm gonna try to.
