Ok...Well today I feel pretty good about myself...I got up early and did 8.25 miles of fitness walking in 2 hours flat..My energy level has sustained me though my normal Sunday ritual of housework and laundry. I keep hoping that one of these mornings I will get on the scale and see that I have lost some more weight. I am going to try to ramp up my weightloss with a second power walk this evening... hopefully that will do the trick. So for now I am feeling good that I have

Ok so I seem to be stuck at 236lbs...I am starting to get really frustrated. I have been walking every day and really trying to stick to 1800 or less calories a day. And for some reason the pounds just aren't melting away... if anyone has suggestions please feel free to offer them. HELP!!!!!! Anyway... I will keep plugging away at it. I feel that there is a smaller happier woman inside the one that I see in the mirror.... I just wish I could get to her.&nb
