Going Green

It has been proven to me time and time again, that when I eat lots of healthy greens I drop pounds faster. So why do I find it so difficult to consistently keep the veg in my diet? I guess time plays a huge factor in what gets thrown into my gym bag on the way out the door to work. What works well is when we have salad the night before and the leftovers become my lunch. I just add some deli chicken breast or turkey and a slice of low fat swiss, there's a high protein, high fiber lunch. IF only I had a personal chef.....
