Journey to a new me

Ok...Well today I feel pretty good about myself...I got up early and did 8.25 miles of fitness walking in 2 hours flat..My energy level has sustained me though my normal Sunday ritual of housework and laundry. I keep hoping that one of these mornings I will get on the scale and see that I have lost some more weight. I am going to try to ramp up my weightloss with a second power walk this evening... hopefully that will do the trick. So for now I am feeling good that I have walked every morning but one this week. And I have for the most part kept up with watching my calories and keeping them under 1800 a day. Maybe next week I will take the calories down to 1500 and see if that helps any. I am feeling good about myself today... I have stuck with the exercise program for 6 weeks now which is way better than I normally do. I WILL BE A SIZE 10 BY MY DAUGHTERS WEDDING IN OCTOBER OF 2014!!!!!!!
