Back on Track!

Just had my a bowl of Lucky Charms and 2 % Milk. Havn't had that in a long time and was tired of eating multigrain Cheerios (it is good!, but i had a sweet tooth). I pre-planned and all of my food for the day is all ready to go, this way it is gauranteed that I will not cheat and will keep me at my 1000 calorie daily food intake! I find that if I pre-plan my meals each morning for the day, I WILL be Succesful on this diet. I must take charge of my body and what i put in it!!!
