Walking my butt off

I live in a very hilly city - so the chances of taking a 4 mile walk with no elevation are slim to none. The benefits of those daily climbs are starting to pay off. Most of my pants which a few weeks ago were snug are now very loose in the butt and waist. I used to be a runner, so walking always seemed a step in the wrong direction. What I'm now realizing is that by walking at a brisk pace (4 miles in an hour) and taking on those hills, I'm doing more than just enjoying the view. I'm actually walking my butt off!! So for all of you walkers out there - keep stepping.
