Disciplined....

Working on being very disciplined this week - hoping to log ALL of my meals, not just Monday to Friday. Also planning on packing lunch from home so I can control portion and nutrition info too. Have been pretty good about the cardio, but need to get back to the gym and start weight training again. I feel like I've been stuck gaining and losing the same 8 pounds for months now!! Time to head in the right direction before the holidays roll around!! Have a great day all.
