I am a mommy of a special needs child. My little boy was born a little over a year ago. My husband was overseas at the time serving in the United States Army. My sweet boy has had 8 surgieries since birth with a couple more in the near future. During this time, I ate and ate and ate. I rarely took time to excersise or care for myself. I turned to comfort foods during stressful times. I am bigger now than I have ever been. I have been feeling anxious and slightly depressed lately and I have come to the realization that I can't take care of my sweet boy until i take care of myself. Its time to make some time for me, to put some energy and effort into ME. As my boy gets bigger I need to be lean and fit so that I can continue to lift him and do all of the things that I need to do to care for him. I have started many weightloss goals and have given up. I need to stay motivated this time. Any support or weightloss friends would be greatly appreciate!!
