I have been doing very well as far as healthy eating goes. No junk food for 3 days. Go me :) I do need to find time to work out though. My body NEEDS that. Especially right now as I have a lot of things going on with my childs health and making major medical decisions. Stress management yes please! I am going to start using a day planner so that I can be more organized with my babies dr appointments and medical stuff and hopefully be more efficient and thus have time for myself. Wish me luck!
