How I'm doing it

I started this part of my weight los bcause I had gotten down from 374 to 240 but durig last year i stopped working and did not really take the time to do what I needed to do I then weighed mysel and was back to 265 I want to get down past 200 so I started fit click instead of doing his on my own this seem easier. Since 12/29 I have lost 5.2 pounds It feels good to see it going down now. I try to walkat least 3 x a week. only ut 30 minutes I do have artritis in my knees and ankles makes it hard but I'm doing it with my son and grandson.
