For the last 3 weeks I have been taking care of my husband who is a 500 pound man and bed ridden since he fell 3 weeks ago on his way to the bathrrom he did not get hurt but I could not help him off the floor I had to call EMT's to help. Our doctor made a house call to see him and put him on a diet he only gets 2000 2500 calories a day and so far so good. I know it's been a while since I've written but I did have computer problems but they are fixed now. I'm back on track and losing again the weather has not been that bad so I have been walking 25 minutes outside up a small hill sometimes I walk a mile in under 20 minutes I want to increase the distance but I will do a little at a time. I now have my yard work to think about raking and planting my garden. Hope the weather breaks soon and stays nice I enjoy being outside.:D

I am so proud of myself First I am now 50 years old. We had a small party on Satirday with a friend who's Birthday was on Thursday even with having a meatball hero homemade and a store bought cupcake I stayed within my calorie's for the day. On Sunday which was mt day my husband went and got us take out from Brook's BBQ i had 1/4 chicken baked potatoe and a small side salad. Today I'm feeling sore in my knees but I did get in 15 minutes on Gazelle and changed the sheets on the bed also flipping the mattress. I'm making a big pot of Turkey noodle soup it's so cold out today I think it's a good choice. I am only going to weigh in once a week most likely sunday mornings after my shower.

Today I have company coming for dinner. I find for me to fill in my diet tracker before I eat a meal helps me stay on target.I weighed in today and was down 9.8 pounds sure feels good to see it paying off. I also am not embarassed to weigh my food with company here so I will fix my plate at the counter then bring it to the table. When I'm done I will just put my plate in the sink. This works for me maybe not everyone but for me keeping track of what I am going to eat then following it

I tried to do a workout today even though I was in pain with my knees and ankles but I did do 15 minutes on my Gazelle. I have been doing 30 minutes I guess 15 is better then no work out.

I started this part of my weight los bcause I had gotten down from 374 to 240 but durig last year i stopped working and did not really take the time to do what I needed to do I then weighed mysel and was back to 265 I want to get down past 200 so I started fit click instead of doing his on my own this seem easier.
