Well, I'm really in it to win it this time and so far so good. I've managed to lose a whopping 8 pounds in the past two weeks and I'm very proud of that, but now I feel like I've hit some sort of wall. I'm stuck at 229 and for some reason I can push past that to 228 or even 227.
I'v gone to the gym along with working out with my personal trainer and I'm not sure what I'm not doing right. My trainer seems to think that I'm holding on to what I used to do and not trusting the new stuff. I would just love to see 225 soon to keep me motivated.
