Food :)

I love food! Good food is such a reward and recently I challenged myself to only indulge myself with REALLY good food. I realized as I was munching on a McDonald's french fry that it had absolutly NO FLAVOR. So as I finished that fry I put the rest in the garbage. I finally realized that I want to indulge and eat things that taste amazing, fill me up, and are good for me!
I don't want to mindless eat or waste my intake on food with no flavor and in order to accomplish this I am challenging myself to:

Chew EVERY bite of food I put in my mouth 25 times

Drink a sip of water in between EVERY bite

Take time to TASTE the food I am eating
-
Only eat from a plate sitting down focused on what I am eating!
I am hoping with these goals in place I will become MUCH more aware of what I am eating and how it is affecting my diet!
