Everything Changes

So I found out last Friday that I am pregant. This is such a blessing but such a shift to my diet plans! Now I am shifting into being healthy and responsible. Lucky for me I quit smoking already back in November so that is a relief- however I do still need to conquer tooth pain, and nutrition. I am finding that I feel like I am emotionally eating but I am not emotional??? Any ideas on that one? I seem to want to eat and eat and eat but I am not actually hungry.
