Okay, so now I've come to day 2 of this weighloss program.
Yesterday, I fell of the wagon but stll triedto keepup with it as best as I can. Haveyou ever noticed, thatevery time you decid to eat less or healthy, you tend t feel more and more hungry. Yeah!...that was me yesterday.
Today however, I have a wide range of different fruits and also I am going to try some healthy smoothies reciepies I found yesterday. I also am basically enticing my kids into this program as well for company.
