Again, I started out rather late. I go to sleep rather late at nights and as such wake up late. But in a way it is a good thing as I will consume less calories. I realized that when I am feeling hungry, that the best things for me to do would be to either eat jello, fruit or even a piece of celery.
Like everyone else, I have a serious sweet tooth. This is where I either grab a piece of fruit or yogart to satisfy my cravings and fill me up as well.

So I've reached to day 4 of my diet. I had a late start today so my calorie intake should be less today. My day started with a salad. Let's see today's promisses.

Okay, so I made it all the way to day 3. YAYYYYY!!!!! I am truly happy about this. I would like to set up a personl challenge for myself to do more than doing a brisk walk exercise. Now that will be difficult for me due to my spinal injury.
Either way I have to do more exercises to do the job right, physical therapy isn't workig for me. Wish me luck, God knows I need it.

Okay, so now I've come to day 2 of this weighloss program.
Yesterday, I fell of the wagon but stll triedto keepup with it as best as I can. Haveyou ever noticed, thatevery time you decid to eat less or healthy, you tend t feel more and more hungry. Yeah!...that was me yesterday.

I have decided to start my weight loss challenge today. I worry because I have chronic back pains and know that I am in for a world of hurt. But I want to do this for me!
